About the Role

Are you ready to launch your career in technical sales? Pryde Measurement is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales & Support professional to join our North Melbourne team. This full-time role offers a clear pathway to becoming an on-the-road sales representative, working with industry-leading process instrumentation, sensing, and control equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions

Generate new leads and sales opportunities through outbound calls and targeted campaigns

Process orders, respond to inquiries, and provide post-sales support to ensure a seamless customer experience

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to share insights and improve internal processes

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools

Continuously expand your product knowledge and sales skills through training and hands-on experience

What We’re Looking For

A desire to grow within a technical B2B sales environment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Problem-solving and negotiation abilities to manage customer needs effectively

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Interest in process instrumentation, measurement, or control technologies

Self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field

Experience or understanding of food production, pharmaceutical validation, or compliance roles is highly regarded
