Hotel Manager – Live-On-Site | Horsham, VIC

Mandala Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations at a well-established property in Horsham, Victoria.

This is a hands-on, live-on-site role suited to a passionate hospitality professional with proven food and beverage expertise and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-performing regional hotel.

About the Role

As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations including accommodation of 36 Hotel Rooms, food & beverage service, staff management, compliance, and guest satisfaction. You will live on-site and play a critical leadership role in maintaining high standards and maximising performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily hotel operations across accommodation, food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance services.

Ensure excellence in guest service and overall customer satisfaction

Manage, Lead, train, and motivate a small on-site team

Oversee food & beverage service and compliance with licensing requirements

Manage stock, ordering, rostering, budgeting, and reporting (P&L)

Maintain compliance with WHS, licensing, and hospitality regulations

Ensure the property is well-presented, safe, and operating efficiently

About You

Proven experience in hotel or venue management, with a strong food and beverage background

Hands-on leadership style

Sound knowledge of hotel management systems and basic accounting

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Able to work autonomously and problem-solve effectively

Current RSA and relevant hospitality certifications

Strong understanding of compliance and operational procedures

Willing and able to live on-site (accommodation provided)
