About the Role
As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of the hotel—ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, financial performance, and a strong team culture. You will have full accountability for the property's performance and be supported by a collaborative executive team committed to your success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, and Admin.
Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold Pearson Hotels’ brand standards.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L reporting with strong financial acumen.
Drive revenue performance and work closely with the group’s commercial team on pricing, promotions, and distribution.
Develop and mentor department heads and frontline staff to create a culture of excellence.
Ensure asset maintenance, compliance, and presentation meet brand and regulatory standards.
Build relationships with local stakeholders, guests, suppliers, and internal executives.
About You
A hands-on and results-oriented Hotel Manager with 5+ years of leadership experience in boutique or full-service hotels.
Proven ability to manage budgets, optimise costs, and drive profitability.
Confident leader who can inspire teams, resolve issues quickly, and lead from the front.
Deep understanding of hotel operations, compliance, guest satisfaction metrics, and staff development.
Strong working knowledge of PMS, POS, and RMS systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
