Are you a motivated hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Drysdale Hotel is looking for a dedicated Duty Manager to join our team!

About the Role:
As a Duty Manager, you’ll be a key player in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth service across our venue. You’ll lead and support staff, maintain high service standards, and handle operational challenges with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the hotel, bar, bistro, and TAB

Lead and support front-of-house staff

Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons and staff

Manage customer queries and handle conflict resolution

Monitor compliance with RSA and venue policies

Work closely with senior management to deliver business goals

About You:

Must hold TAB Accreditation and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Proven experience in a hospitality supervisory or management role

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and unsociable hours (nights)

A team player with a hands-on attitude and customer-first approach
