Senior Service Designer
A major tech transformation program is on the hunt for a Senior Service Designer to lead the design and delivery of service blueprints across a complex, enterprise environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, scalable service experiences that align with both business and customer goals.
What you'll do:
- Develop detailed service blueprints, journey maps, and ecosystem models
- Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, and systems analysis
- Translate insights into actionable service concepts and requirements
- Integrate service design into agile delivery cycles
- Facilitate workshops and present to senior stakeholders
- Uplift design ops and contribute to service design governance
What you'll bring:
- Strong background in service design within complex/tech-driven programs
- Expertise in blueprinting, systems thinking & design research
- Skilled in Figma and human-centred design tools
- Confident facilitator and communicator
- Able to distil complexity into clear, deliverable outcomes
Deliverables include:
- Service blueprints (current/future state)
- Journey maps, personas, stakeholder maps
- Research insights, workshop outputs & service recommendations
