We are a growing hospitality group recognised for operating landmark coastal venues that combine exceptional food, vibrant energy, and thoughtful design. Our venues are built for high performance, guest connection, and memorable moments. With a new venue opening this October in a prime coastal location on the Central Coast, we are expanding our leadership team.

We are seeking a full-time Events and Reservations Manager to lead the reservations and guest coordination function across multiple venues in our portfolio.

About the Role
This is a senior role responsible for shaping the guest experience from first contact to event execution. You will manage all reservations platforms, oversee private event coordination, and ensure the seamless movement of VIP guests. Based primarily at the new Central Coast venue, you will also support reservations and events across the broader group.

You will work closely with operations, kitchen, and front-of-house teams to embed efficient systems and deliver smooth, elevated experiences at every touchpoint. This role requires strong attention to detail, refined communication, and an ability to anticipate and meet guest needs across varied formats.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all reservations systems, platforms, and guest enquiries across multiple venues

Oversee private event planning and execution, including run sheets, floor plans, and team handovers

Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests and local collaborators

Ensure clear, consistent communication across guest notes, event details, and internal operations

Support the host and front-of-house teams to deliver a confident and welcoming first impression

Coordinate seasonal activations, promotions, and community-facing events

Contribute to the training and development of the hosting team as the group continues to grow

About You

Minimum three years experience in a similar role in premium hospitality or event environments

Highly organised, systems-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities

Warm, professional communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette

Comfortable using platforms such as SevenRooms, Resy, or similar

Experienced in handling high-value clients, sensitive information, and fast-paced service expectations

Collaborative mindset with a focus on elevating guest and team experience

Available to work across weekends and key trade periods
