Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our friendly team for a 4 month contract, working Mondays and Tuesdays, with potential for additional days to provide leave cover.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You’ll support our busy operation by ensuring accurate, timely payroll for 100–120 employees, with additional general admin responsibilities
Administer weekly payroll using Wageloch (timekeeping) and MYOB Advance (payroll)
Support Office Manager, HR Manager & Accounts Manager
Perform general admin tasks including accounts data entry
Be part of a collaborative, respectful team environment
What You’ll Bring:
Prior payroll administration experience (MYOB Advance highly required)
Strong attention to detail and ownership of your work
Knowledge of visas/overseas worker entitlements is an advantage
Comfortable using Excel, Word and general Microsoft Office tools
A flexible, adaptable, and personable approach
