Your Role:
As an Administration Officer, you’ll be the backbone of our customer service operations. Key responsibilities include:

Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Providing accurate answers to basic technical/service questions.

Scheduling appointments and updating technicians’ calendars efficiently.

Maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy.

Supporting the team with general administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in administration roles (minimum 1–2 years required).

✅ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

✅ Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and calendar management tools.

✅ A team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
