About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at our Underwood office. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, handling admin tasks, supporting our teams, and keeping everything ticking along in the background.

You’ll be working closely with our project managers, accounts department, site supervisors, and general manager. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires someone who knows how to prioritise, think ahead, and get things done without being asked twice.

Key Responsibilities

Answering phones and managing email correspondence

Data entry and record keeping (including MYOB, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite)

Processing invoices and purchase orders

Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal departments

Preparing job files, reports, and internal documents

Assisting with scheduling jobs, deliveries, and subcontractors

Maintaining office supplies, filing systems, and general tidiness

About You

Strong admin background — ideally 3+ years in a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Confident using Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and basic email systems

Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

Understanding of the construction industry (highly regarded but not essential)

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in a construction or trade-based admin role

Familiarity with QBuild systems or government contracts
