What you’ll do

• Manage day to day operations with energy and attention to detail
• Lead and coach your team to deliver top notch customer experiences
• Drive performance across KPIs including labour, stock, and sales
• Create a positive, supportive culture where your team can thrive
• Be hands on during peak times — including evening and weekend shifts

What you’ll bring

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or similar
• A friendly, engaging personality that customers and staff respond to
• Strong organisational skills and KPI management experience
• Full availability across a 7 day roster
• The ability to lead by example and keep your cool under pressure
