About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
Driving Sales and Growth: Managing your customer territory to retain and grow sales value.

Strategic Planning: Executing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
Market Insight: Monitoring trends and providing feedback to refine strategies and product offerings.
Collaborative Success: Working with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in field sales - FMCG, food services, or food packaging.
Proven Skills: A strong track record of meeting sales targets and fostering business growth.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-Motivation: A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to Travel: A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within your state.
Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, or Sales are highly regarded, but accumulated experience will also be considered.
