Closely aligned to a variety of B2Bs, Consultants, Employers and service providers means the stakeholder group is large and diverse. This requires sensitivity, confidentiality, professionalism and strong focus on delivery of the service/solution as this not only is mandatory from a compliance point of view but it also is the key to fostering long lasting relationships that result in successful partnerships.
ROLE
Very traditional BDM role where you will be responsible for bringing the business model and the service offering to the market in a proactive, thoughtful and positive way.
You will target key sectors, tap into existing networks of your own or your stakeholder group and generate opportunities for presentations and proposals.
Working closely with internal divisions for education maps, course content, rebate opportunities etc you will develop compelling solutions to a variety of different clients and be a key person to drive the business growth.
Immersing yourself in the business, the model, the different ways you can add value to employers will be crucial to your success as you will need to be deeply committed to corporate social responsibility, where your work directly contributes to meaningful social impact. Your efforts will help bridge gaps, foster inclusive opportunities, and create lasting positive change in society
YOU
3+ years Business Development / Sales Leadership experience.
Exposure to a diverse range of industry sectors & strong networks.
Exceptional client interfacing, personable, genuine & credible.
Drive high quality processes; consistently deliver great outcomes.
You genuinely want to make a difference in the lives of the people your firm trains and employs (or places in employment after training) and also the clients you are supporting to up-skill and further the careers of their employees.
You are not selling kitchen sinks to architects... you are selling an amazing solution in the education space that is hugely impactful and meaningful for those participating in the training and those providing employment opportunities to the participants.
You have exceptional presentation, communication skills, computer skills and the ability to plan and run your week/month; providing accurate status reports to your GM and CEO.
