About the Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Manufacturing Finance Business Partner will lead the financial planning and analysis for manufacturing operations, acting as a key liaison between finance and operations. Your insights will shape business decisions and drive efficiency, profitability, and performance improvements across multiple production sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse end-to-end manufacturing costs (materials, labour, overheads)
• Maintain and monitor product costings, BOMs, and inventory valuations in D365
• Own the budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing
• Identify and report inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through data
• Partner with operations teams to implement cost-control strategies and process enhancements
• Deliver monthly reporting packs and dashboards for senior leadership
• Support capital investment modelling and business case development
• Reconcile inventory-related GL accounts and assist with physical inventory/cycle counts
• Champion a culture of financial accountability and continuous improvement

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA qualified)
• 4-6 years of post-graduate experience, ideally in cost accounting or financial planning
• Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, packaging or FMCG sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modelling) and ERP systems, ideally D365
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
