The Company
An ASX-listed, APRA-regulated financial services organisation with strong growth momentum and a challenger brand mindset. Known for its warm, collaborative culture and clear purpose, the business values innovation, integrity and delivering genuine impact for clients. This is a high-performing environment where People & Culture plays a strategic role in shaping leadership, driving engagement and supporting the organisation's continued success.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you'll work closely with senior leaders to shape the people strategy and support a thriving, high-performance culture. It's a role with plenty of variety - one day you might be advising on complex employee matters, the next you're driving leadership initiatives or refining workforce plans. Key focus areas include:
- Partner closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive business performance.
- Lead strategic P&C initiatives, from workforce planning to succession and talent development.
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing leadership capability and decision-making.
- Champion leadership programs and initiatives that lift engagement and team effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters with a balanced, solutions-focused approach.
- Oversee compliance across policies, awards, visas and WHS, ensuring best practice and regulatory alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement projects within the P&C function to enhance culture and performance.
- Play a key role in embedding a high-performance, values-led culture across the organisation.
About You
You're an experienced HR professional who's just as comfortable talking strategy with the executive team as you are rolling up your sleeves to get things done. You bring at least five years in an HR Business Partner or broad generalist role, ideally with a background in a regulated or high-compliance environment.
Your strengths include:
- Sound knowledge of corporate governance, APRA regulations and employment law.
- A track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic settings where priorities can shift quickly.
- Confidence working with systems and technology to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
- The ability to influence, negotiate and build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- A tertiary qualification in Law, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
You'll thrive here if you have a proactive mindset, a collaborative style, and the resilience to navigate complexity while keeping people and culture at the heart of every decision.
This is a hybrid position.
