About the Role
Based in Sydney's CBD, this is an incredible opportunity for a forward thinking and proactive HR Business Partner. You will work with managers and staff to deliver expert, proactive, and client-focused HR support
across all business units, enabling the achievement of organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Partnering: Work with leaders across the business to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coaching and Development: Provide guidance and support to team members and managers for career growth and development.
• Talent Management: Contribute to the attraction, retention, and development of top talent.
• Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and compliant workplace while promoting health and wellbeing.
• Policy Development & Review: Develop and implement HR policies to ensure best practice.
• Performance Management & Culture: Foster a positive culture, drive performance reviews, and improve workplace satisfaction.
• Remuneration & Benefits: Advise on competitive compensation and benefit structures.
• Employment Relations: Manage industrial relations and ensure a harmonious work environment.

Key Requirements:

• 5-10 years’ experience in similar generalist HR Business Partner ole
• Bachelor degree preferred but not essential
• Computer skills (Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
