Customer Service + Office Admin | Byron Bay Gifts

Join the team at Byron Bay Gifts, based in the Byron Bay Industrial Estate. We specialise in creating and delivering beautifully curated gift boxes across Australia, proudly supporting local Byron Bay producers and makers.

We’re looking for a customer service superstar to join us in the lead-up to Christmas — someone friendly, organised, and ready to jump into a variety of tasks in a busy environment.

A Day in the Role:

Processing orders and printing shipping labels using Shopify and StarShipIt on Apple devices

Providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and live chat

Handling corporate orders via email, ensuring all requirements are carefully met

Supporting the team with admin, office tasks, and anything else that helps things run smoothly

About You:

Confident communicator with a warm, solution-focused approach

Experience in customer service and a love for helping people

Comfortable using online platforms and picking up new tech quickly

Organised, calm under pressure, and ready to multitask

Bonus points for experience with Shopify or eCommerce admin

Full-time casual role (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm)

Immediate start to allow for training before the busy season
