The Position:
In the role of Sales Execuitve you will:
- Building strong relationships with buyers and conducting private inspections
- Engaging in warm prospecting using a well-established, active database
- Attending property appraisals and compiling relevant market research
- Coordinating marketing activities including photoshoots, styling, and open home scheduling
- Managing buyer enquiries, presenting offers, and supporting negotiations - particularly with Chinese-speaking clients
- Preparing vendor reports and assisting with auction day logistics
- Overseeing key campaign milestones, including pre-settlement inspections
The Person:
As Sales Executive, you'll work side by side with a top-selling agent and gain hands-on experience across every stage of the sales process:
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential
- Professional and polished presentation
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar real estate role
- Familiarity with the Lower North Shore market is a big plus
- Current Real Estate Licence required
- Must hold a valid NSW driver's licence and have a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience in prospecting and working with buyers
