POSITION

Due to continued growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Sales Manager to join the team. This is a key leadership role that will oversee sales activities across Australia, ensuring the company maintains its competitive edge and continues its market leadership in providing industry-leading cable solutions.

• Representing the full suite of power cables, energy solutions, and industrial electrical products
• Manage a national territory with a focus on both existing client relationships and developing new business
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team while driving sales growth within the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors
• Consult with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, utility companies, and electrical engineers on complex energy and infrastructure projects
• Monthly and quarterly pipeline sales cycles, with a focus on both relationship management and new business acquisition

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered for this position, it is essential that you bring the following experience and qualities:

• Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong background in the Electrical Cable Sector
• A consultative sales approach with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with Electricians, Tier 1 & 2 Electrical Contractors, Utility Providers, and End-Users
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, driving both individual and team sales performance
• Strong business acumen and the ability to manage a national sales territory while ensuring consistent revenue growth
• High presentation and communication skills, with a professional and polished approach to engaging stakeholders
