EASYLIFT ROCKHAMPTON IS SEEKING THE SERVICES OF A SECOND ADMINISTRATOR, TO ASSIST IN THE FRONT OFFICE - THIS INDIVIDUAL NEEDS TO BE WELL PRESENTED, PROFESSIONAL & PLEASANT NATURED.
YOUR GENERAL DUTIES WILL BE:
ANSWERING INCOMING CALLS AND ENQUIRIES
MEETING & GREETING WALK-IN CLIENTELLE
DATA ENTRY
ASSISTING THE WORKS COORDINATOR
GENERAL OFFICE SUPPORT AS REQUIRED
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:
2 YEARS PLUS EXPERIENCE IN ADMINISTRATION/RECEPTION
A GENUINE DESIRE TO WORK IN A SUPPORT ROLE
STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS IN MS WORD, MS EXCEL & MS OUTLOOK (EXPERIENCE IN QUICKBOOKS WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS)
EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS
PROACTIVE, WITH THE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL
PROFESSIONAL PRESENTATION AND MANNER
