Our client is a boutique advisory firm specialising in property, tax, and accounting. This is a key position offered on a full-time or part-time, permanent basis, and presents an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and professional team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to clients, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and a positive experience in every interaction.

Key Qualities We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and client service skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a varied and fast-paced environment
• No university qualifications required – experience and attitude are more important

Core Responsibilities:

• Tax compliance: preparation of activity statements and income tax returns
• Client bookkeeping
• Client payroll processing
• Office administration support
• Liaising with internal staff, suppliers, and clients
• Implementing and maintaining administrative systems
• Communicating with professional and regulatory bodies
• Invoicing, billing, and payment processing

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Demonstrate:

• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Bookkeeping, tax, and payroll experience
• Proficiency with accounting or practice management software (e.g. Handisoft, Progenesis preferred)
• Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word
• Excellent written and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services firm

Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills and will include employer superannuation. Please include your expected total annual salary (inclusive of super) in your application.
