What You’ll Be Doing

• Working with the Partners dealing with a portfolio of complex tax and accounting clients
• Preparing financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs
• Providing tailored tax planning, compliance, and advisory services
• Answering general business and bookkeeping queries
• Collaborating with Partners to deliver outstanding outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Australian public practice role
• CA / CPA / IPA qualified OR meaningful, equivalent practical experience within public practice firms will be happily accepted
• Solid technical knowledge and ability to work autonomously
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with MYOB AE, Xero and Class preferred
• A proactive, can-do mindset and a genuine passion for client success

The Offer

• $85K–$110K + Super (depending on experience)
• Standard hours: 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday
• Flexible options available – part-time or school hours welcome
• Modern offices close to the coast with free roadside parking
