Evans + Ayers is a boutique advisory firm specialising in property, tax and accounting. Every day you will deal with our clients to provide them a professional service and positive experience. This is a key role within our firm, offered as a full-time or part time, permanent position. As such, we are seeking a person:

who possesses excellent client skills

with an eye for detail

who thrives in a varied and dynamic work environment.

University qualifications are not essential.

The critical tasks are:

Tax compliance (activity statements, income tax returns)

Client bookkeeping

Client payroll

Office administration functions

Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Implementing and maintaining office administration systems

Liaising with professional and regulatory bodies

Invoicing/billing and payments

To be successful, you must demonstrate:

Dedication to delivering customer service

Bookkeeping/accounting and tax experience including payroll

Computer-literacy ideally with property and/or practice management software (ie Handisoft, Progenesis)

Written skills using Office (particularly Word)

Solid organisational skills with an eye for detail

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

Experience in a similar work environment

Specifically experience in a professional services firm will be viewed favourably.
