We’re looking for a Master Data Analyst to join our growing National Customer Experience & ERP team. Based in Epping VIC, you’ll work closely with the National Customer Experience and ERP Manager to maintain and improve the quality of our product, vendor, and customer data across our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).

What you’ll be doing

• Maintain and clean master data across products, vendors and customers within Business Central
• Use Excel daily to cleanse, format, compare and prepare data uploads
• Review submitted forms and requests to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business rules
• Collaborate with operations, sales, procurement and customer experience to validate and clarify information
• Support continuous improvement projects in how we manage and use data across systems, and how we utilise our ERP in our production workflows
• Action internal support tickets related to Business Central master data

Who this role is ideal for

• You’ve got 1+ years’ experience in data entry, administration, or ERP systems—and want more exposure to systems, analytics, and business operations
• You’re proficient in Excel—comfortable with formulas, filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and manipulating large datasets
• You love structure, clean data, and getting the details right
• You want a pathway into ERP, systems, or business analytics
• You’re organised, self-motivated, and not afraid to ask questions
