APG Workforce is looking to employ a full time ICT Business Analyst based in their offices in Bayswater to review, develop, integrate, improve and upgrade their IT systems. Annual salary: $76,550 pa plus superannuation
To be considered for this role you must have;

1. Australian recognized Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and/or
2. 5+ years of experience as an ICT Business Analyst
3. Proficient in Microsoft Power Suite, Microsoft Project, Python, SQL, C# and Javascript
4. Microsoft PL-300 certificate will be an advantage

Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement, integration and efficiency, focusing on increasing productivity and reducing costs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as required.
• Use data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software
• Facilitate multi department meetings to gather project specifications and prioritise initiatives based on business needs.
• Design and implement data collection methods to capture real-time workforce data for enhanced decision-making.
• Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for financial projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Use project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects
• Create custom reports and dashboards for different stakeholders to monitor and assess the performance of workforce activities based on relevant data required by each manager.
• Conduct thorough analysis of workforce operations to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inputs, outputs, and profitability, and reporting to Management.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and non-financial data to support investment decisions and risk management.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including workforce managers, finance teams, and IT professionals, to understand the needs of data required.
• Collaborate with the IT development team to design and implement ICT solutions that facilitate the tracking and analysis of workforce data.
• Support the development and maintenance of the data warehouse to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance data literacy and analytical skills across the organization.
• Build an ICT Team for the business.
