About The Opportunity
You will provide expertise in a wide variety of administrative and secretarial duties to support clients (including prospective clients) and the team whilst also acting as the first point of contact.
*As this is a new role, there will be a lot of time in the first few weeks to get to know the company and our clients outside of the office, then after that - when you're confident in the role - you will be located permanently at our head office in Broome at reception.
About You
Considerable relevant experience in administrative and client services.
Financial experience such as assisting payroll, invoicing and using Xero.
High level of computing skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, publications, internet, and email.
Highly developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage courteously and empathetically with a diverse range of people.
Experience in working in the care industry is desirable.
Note: You will need a current Working with Children Check as well as an NDIS Screening Check if you are successful.
