Cygnet Bay Pearls group of companies are seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Assistant to become a valued member of the accounts team at their Subiaco office. You will play an essential role in supporting management and staff across multiple sites, including the iconic Pearl Farms at Cygnet Bay, WA and Broken Bay, NSW. The Role

As the Administration Assistant, you will support the ongoing growth of the business and help meet the evolving demands of the accounts, administration, and human resource functions. You’ll be working closely with management and operational teams to ensure smooth back-office operations and a positive workplace culture.

Your Responsibilities

Accurate data entry and capture of stock transactions, allocation of labour and payroll with operational teams

Assisting with fortnightly payroll for over 100 employees

Daily banking and general finance administration

Coordinate internal communications

Provide administrative support to Aquaculture department in day-to-day operations

Assisting with month-end and year-end processing and reconciliations

Providing ad-hoc administrative and accounts support to multiple areas of the business

Assisting with accounts receivable and payable processes as required

Providing support to the Human Resources function, including assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding documentation, maintaining employee records, coordinating staff training, and supporting HR compliance and reporting requirements

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience as an administration assistant or bookkeeper

Proficiency in MYOB Software and a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills

A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong time management skills with the ability to work autonomously

Excellent communication skills, as you’ll be collaborating with key stakeholders across the business

Experience in Tower, Fare Harbor, MiShell, Humanforce or ENTO is advantageous (training will be provided)

Experience or strong interest in human resource administration is highly desirable
