What You’ll Be Doing:

Resource candidates and build relationships with clients and candidates in the blue-collar sector.

Be client and candidate facing, creating strong connections and ensuring excellent service.

Transition into a 360 Recruitment Consultant within 2 months, taking responsibility for managing both clients and candidates.

Leverage AI-driven tools and innovative technology to streamline recruitment processes and achieve results.

What We’re Looking For:

2 years of sales experience (real estate or other sales experience preferred).

No recruitment experience required – we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed!

Self-starter who is ready to work remotely and manage your own day.

Strong communication skills, comfortable being client and candidate facing.

Team player who’s eager to learn and contribute to a fun, supportive team culture.

Motivated to earn: Hungry for success and passionate about driving results.
