This role is perfect if you’re:

• Confident speaking with people and building relationships

• Are ambitious, targets focused and have a desire to learn from those around you

• Excited to work in a dynamic team environment

No direct recruitment experience? No worries, we’ll provide you with all the training and mentoring you need to succeed.

Your core responsibilities will be:

• Helping source reliable candidates across permanent, temp and contract desks. This will involve high volume phone calls, interviews, and conducting reference checks.

• Writing and posting engaging job adverts.

• A friendly and supportive point of contact for both candidates and internal teams.

• Eligibility: You must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or on a permanent residency pathway (sponsorships and WHV holders are not eligible)
