What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Sous Chef or Senior CDP)

Strong understanding of European cuisine and modern cooking techniques

Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen brigade

Excellent organisational and communication skills

A commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and OH&S compliance
