The Grants Administration Officer is a critical role in identifying, securing, and managing external funding opportunities that support Moira Shire Council’s strategic objectives and delivery of community priorities. The role is responsible for coordinating grant applications, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and maintaining strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external funding bodies.

To Apply for this role, please include a cover letter addressing the following Key Selection Criteria:
- Understanding and demonstrated experience in grants administration, project coordination, or financial compliance, preferably within a government or not-for-profit setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to interpret funding agreements, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with grants management systems or databases.
Essential qualifications and experience
Tertiary qualification in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Alternatively, equivalent experience in grants administration, project coordination, or financial compliance, preferably within a government or not-for-profit setting.
