Mandala Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced and hands-on Management Couple to lead the day-to-day operations of a 33-room motel in the heart of Bundaberg.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on couple to live onsite and manage all aspects of the business, including:

Guest services and front office management

Daily breakfast preparation and service

Housekeeping supervision and support

General maintenance and grounds upkeep

Managing bookings and revenue systems

Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction

The Ideal Couple

Previous experience in motel or hospitality management (preferred)

One partner must be capable of preparing and serving breakfast to guests daily – this is an essential requirement of the role

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Proficiency with property management systems and general technology tools

Strong administration and hotel operations experience

Solid understanding of budgets and profit & loss (P&L) management

Knowledge of compliance, WHS, and licensing requirements

Experience in human resources and staff management

A hands-on, self-motivated, and reliable approach to daily operations

Ability to lead small teams, manage contractors, and oversee all aspects of motel operations

Valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate - or willing to obtain.
