About the Role:

As a Management Couple, you will be responsible for overseeing the full operation of the motel, including:

Front office and guest services

Housekeeping supervision

Revenue management and reservations

Maintenance and property upkeep

Supplier and contractor coordination

Basic accounting and reporting

This is a live-in role, with comfortable accommodation provided on site.

Your Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in motel/hotel or property management (as a couple)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Hands-on and practical approach to day-to-day operations

Proficiency in reservation systems and general computer literacy

Maintenance/grounds or trade skills (preferred)

Must have current driver's licences and be eligible to work in Australia
