Join Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network as a Senior HR Business Partner and play a pivotal role in providing expert human resources consultancy to our executive and senior managers. You’ll be instrumental in resolving complex HR issues, driving organisational change, and shaping a positive workplace culture.   • Can you navigate industrial agreements, legislation, and policies with confidence, delivering outcomes that balance business needs and employee rights?
  • Are you committed to engaging with diverse communities, including Aboriginal peoples, in a culturally respectful and inclusive manner?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

  • Provide high-level HR advice and support to senior leaders on complex employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with managers to build capability and promote continuous improvement in HR practices aligned with BHFLHN and SA Health policies.
  • Lead and contribute to organisational development initiatives, including workforce planning, change management, and quality improvement programs.
  • Conduct detailed research and prepare clear, actionable reports and recommendations to inform leadership decision-making.
