What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Commercial Fitout: As a Project Manager at EGS Projects, you should bring a proven track record in commercial fitout projects. Showcase your expertise in delivering successful, high-quality outcomes.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a project from conception to completion. Take charge and inspire your team to achieve excellence.

Ideal Requirements

• Degree qualified in Construction Management OR Alternatively undertaken a trade with multiple years of construction/fitout experience
• A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a Project Management
• Will have come through the CA / Project Coordinator route and possess good contractual acumen.
• Will have managed multiple jobs simultaneously
• A stable career history – able to demonstrate longevity in previous roles
• Strong reporting and written communication
• Strong presentation and client liaison skills
• Be able to work unsupervised
• Be able to manage multiple sub contractors in order to deliver a successful project
• Competent Microsoft Project
• Construction white card
• First Aid
