Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage a small, tidy portfolio (under 120 properties)
• Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears & maintenance
• Conduct routine and exit inspections (no entry reports)
• Open homes and application processing (with team support)
• Maintain proactive communication with owners & tenants
• Represent at QCAT when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management
• QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s Licence
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Professional, polished and confident communicator
• Passion for delivering great service and being part of a team
