About You:

• You will hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Fluent in Mandarin is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and passion for people
• You will have a current driver’s license
• You bring a positive solutions-first mindset to every interaction
• A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in Property Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling maintenance, lease renewals, arrears and general compliance
• Working closely with a high-performing team to provide the highest levels of service to your portfolio
• Liaising with tenants and landlords to maintain high-quality relationships
