What’s on offer:

$80K - $90k base salary + Super

Company mobile and AirPods provided

Additional earning potential through referral commissions (new business and sales)

1 day work-from-home option

Monday to Friday only – no weekends required

Role overview:

Manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150–160 properties

End-to-end management with support for vacates, ECRs, and routines

No leasing – all viewings and application processing handled by a dedicated leasing team

No trust accounting – managed by an internal trust accountant

No new business pressure – handled by a separate BDM team

No admin overload – supported by a dedicated administration team

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in a Property Management role (At least 2 years)

High-level communication and organisational skills

Ability to work autonomously with a professional and proactive approach

Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Experience with industry software (e.g. PropertyMe or similar) preferred
