About the Role:

Sitting within the onsite property services team (you wont be out and about traversing and opening up rental properties across the city), this role is all about supporting tenants and owners across the full rental lifecycle - from application to move-out. You’ll be the go-to for everything from inspections and lease queries to maintenance requests and tenancy issues.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing leasing enquiries and tenant applications

Coordinating advertising, inspections, and lease sign-ups

Handling condition reports and breaches

Liaising with owners, tenants, and contractors

Being the calm, solutions-focused presence when things go sideways

You’ll Be a Great Fit If:

You’ve worked 1–2 years in property management, leasing, or residential real estate

You’re polished, people-savvy, and great at de-escalating tricky situations

You’re confident with admin and know your way around property systems

You must hold a certificate of registration or real estate licence.
