We're ready to hire a dedicated Senior Sales Consultant to take ownership of our inbound sales pipeline. Your job is to follow up every opportunity, build trust with customers, and convert site visits into high-value HVAC installations — supported by a sharp ops team and top-tier tradies who deliver what you sell.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Meeting pre-qualified residential and light commercial customers (no cold calling)

- Conducting site visits, quoting, and closing sales

- Educating customers and recommending tailored heating/cooling solutions

- Coordinating with office staff and technicians for seamless handovers

- Managing your pipeline, training others, and helping us grow

What You're Selling:

Reverse cycle and gas heating changeovers and system upgrades

Split systems, ducted air conditioning, multi-head/VRV systems

Add-ons like zoning, smart controls, air filtration

Maintenance and service plans

About You:

Must have permanent rights to work in Australia

Working knowledge of split systems, VRF/VRV systems, and ducted air conditioning specifications required

Minimum 3 years proven sales success in HVAC, solar, trades, or home services

You're organised, professional, and love helping people make informed decisions

You're a natural leader – charismatic, confident, reliable, and commercially sharp

You treat every opportunity like gold and thrive on closing quality deals

Organised, trustworthy, consultative

Valid driver's licence and good with tech

Bonus if you're familiar with the Government VEU Program and if you've got trade experience or strong knowledge of heating/cooling systems

Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent technical qualification preferred

Must pass police check and reference checks prior to employment
