Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and resolve their inquiries effectively.

Coordinate and schedule services in a timely manner to meet customer demands.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in Simpro, our management software.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to timelines.

Monitor service performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.

Assist in training new team members on processes and customer service best practices.

Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges, share ideas, and celebrate successes.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using computer applications and management software.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
