Your New Role

Become part of a highly respected team of experts in fire safety and HVAC. We're hiring a Service Coordinator to become a key part of the growing fire services team in Artarmon.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound & outbound calls from clients
• Book & schedule technicians for on-site jobs
• Keep clients & technicians in the loop with regular updates
• Process invoices & finalise completed jobs
• General admin tasks including invoicing and reporting

About You

• A confident communicator with great people skills
  
• Organised, reliable, and ready to learn
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
• Simpo experience is a plus but not essential
• Previous coordination or scheduling experience is desirable
