The Role:
As a Scheduling & Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Service Managers and Field teams to ensure smooth delivery of fire protection services to their clients. Your work will help keep operations running efficiently and customers satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate technicians for service jobs
- Assist with admin tasks and process incoming job requests
- Convert technician reports into client-ready quotes
- Track and manage work orders and documentation
- Prepare materials and documentation for upcoming works
- Liaise with technicians and operations for updates and stock needs
- Read and process AFSS reports
- Collaborate closely with Service Managers and internal teams
- Utilise UpTick software for job management
Location: Eastern Suburbs, Sydney

About You:
To suit the requirements for this role, you'll bring experience in scheduling, coordination, or operational support—ideally from the fire industry, otherwise something closely relatable or if you have used Uptick. You’ll be highly organised, tech-savvy, and a strong communicator who works well in a team.
You’ll need:
- Experience coordinating technicians, jobs or services
- Ideally experience in the fire industry
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to generate and manage quotes and reports
- Confidence reviewing service documentation and job orders
- Solid computer skills and experience with software systems
- A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
- Availability to work from the Eastern Suburbs office full time
- A bonus to have experience using Uptick
