We’re seeking a dynamic experienced Gym Manager to lead our Osborne Park site, drive membership growth, and deliver outstanding member experiences. The Role

As the Gym Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Osborne Park site, overseeing all operations, leading a team of Personal Trainers, and ensuring our members receive top-tier service. Reporting directly to the GM, you’ll drive sales, retention, and operational excellence while fostering a motivating and inclusive gym culture.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Retention: Smash membership sales targets through innovative sales strategies, community outreach, and retention programs. Leverage our state of the art facilities to boost engagement and loyalty.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing member needs promptly, resolving complaints effectively, and organising engaging events like fitness competitions and social gatherings.

Operations & Management: Oversee daily operations to maintain a safe, clean, and motivating environment. Manage and support our team of Personal Trainers, drive performance, and ensure regular maintenance of equipment.

Administration: Maintain accurate prospect and sales systems, manage guest passes, and ensure clear communication with staff and members.

Service Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and develop innovative programs to increase participation and retention.

Financial KPIs: Monitor budgets, maintain membership targets, and optimise programs to align with customer demand.

Occupational Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all OH&S practices and foster a safe environment for staff and members.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Essential

Over 4 years’ experience in fitness industry management or a team leader role.

Minimum Certificate III and IV in Fitness.

HLTAID003 First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Exceptional customer service and communication skills to build strong member relationships.

Proven sales and marketing experience, ideally within the fitness industry.

Leadership experience managing a small team, with the ability to motivate and inspire.

High-level problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and meet KPIs.

Valid Police Clearance and Driver’s Licence.
