We are looking for a FULL TIME RETAIL MANAGER, but being a RETAIL MANAGER at Poolwerx is more than just a job. It’s being the friendly face clients rely on when they walk through the door. As a Retail Manager, here’s what you’ll achieve:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store
Training and developing a team of retail assistants
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Customer service
Water testing and advice for chemical & equipment solutions
Stock control and merchandising
Store opening and cash handling
Managing staff rosters
Hours
Tuesday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday - 9.00am - 4.00pm
What You’ll Bring
You’ll need a current unrestricted drivers licence
You’ll also need to consent to a police clearance check if you don’t have one already.
You’ll love working autonomously and take pride in managing your own client base.
Although we’d love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude. What’s most important is that you’re self-motivated, good at thinking on your feet and you feel aligned with our values.
