Full Time Grocery Manager to manager the Grocery and Fresh Produce department We are situated in the Perth foothills and seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Grocery Store Manager.

The successful candidate must:

Have a minimum of 5 years in grocery and fresh produce buying experience.

Have a minimum of over 7 years store management experience.

Strong motivation and leadership skills.

Be able to analyse our data to establish clear trends and order patterns.

Have strong stock management principles and practices.

Be able to use a PDE device and be competent with ordering.

Be hands on and physically fit to manage stock.

Build strong relationships with Customers/Suppliers/Staff.

Build and develop a high level of store presentation and ensure merchandising and floor displays are adequately maintained and POS is correctly displayed.

Have excellent attention to detail.

Be proactive in the day-to-day management of the store and departments.

Oversee and direct department managers.

Effective communication and reporting to Proprietors.

Forklift License
