Based in Meadowbrook – Projects across Wacol, Beaumont Hills, Airport & Defence
Pay Rate: $120K – $160K+ (Up to $180K for exceptional experience)
Employment Type: Full-time (40+ hours/week)
Hours: Approx. 10-hour days + rotating Saturdays (every 2nd or 3rd)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a hands-on Site Manager who’s ready to take full ownership of shed construction projects from bare grass to final product. You’ll manage builds on sites including Wacol, Beaumont Hills, the airport, and within our defence division.

Duties Include:
• Complete Wacol site inductions
• Oversee end-to-end shed construction
• Manage and coordinate on-site teams
• Ensure timely delivery of projects
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards

About You:
• Proven experience in shed or structural construction
• Leadership and site coordination experience
• Reliable, punctual, and local to Meadowbrook area preferred
• White Card and relevant tickets
• Defence clearance or ability to obtain it (a bonus)
