ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Foreman to oversee the day-to-day operations of base build on our commercial construction sites. You will be responsible for managing trades, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, and maintaining site safety and productivity. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, coordination skills, and in-depth construction knowledge. Plus you ned to be an excellent communicator.

DUTIES.

Deliver as per the works program

Stakeholder liaison

Managing construction risk and Manage OHS compliance and on-site including inductions.

Manage project expenditure

Manage Sub-trades

Documentation reviews and commentary

The utilisation of the companies Project Management Software Systems

Reporting/communication skills (via email and the companies Project Management Software program) for senior management/stakeholders

The ability to think ahead when dealing with subcontractors

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

A great attitude and a natural drive to take initiative.

3+ years of Commercial Project experience or Minimum of 1 years experience as a Supervisor or be able to demonstrate similar experience

To be successful in this role you will have recent experience as a Foreman / Site Manager on Commercial Projects or Residential construction.

Positive, outgoing personality with a “can-do” attitude

Have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects An intrinsic desire to develop and succeed professionally

Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and subcontractors alike

Be able to demonstrate longevity and tenure with previous companies on your CV

Ability to hold toolbox talks and promote safe work sites

Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team

Ability to manage a short term construction program
