The Role

As a Site Supervisor, you'll oversee all aspects of construction on assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards. Your leadership will ensure smooth on-site operations, safety compliance, and excellent teamwork with subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

🔨Manage and supervise all trades and subcontractors on-site.

🔨Coordinate construction schedules to meet deadlines and budget requirements.

🔨Ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations.

🔨Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

🔨Foster strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and team members.

🔨Maintain a safe and organized job site, adhering to OH&S standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction with a QBCC Site Supervisor License
• Strong knowledge of building processes, codes, and regulations.
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on, proactive approach to managing site operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
