In this dynamic and varied role, you will provide high-level administrative tasks and operational support in a fast-paced and values-driven environment. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel plans for executive leaders. Your role will be integral in maintaining daily workflows and effective communication, ensuring that management can focus on their strategic objectives and client relationships.

Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars for executives.
  • Prioritise incoming communications and draft correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
  • Facilitate daily internal workflows and external communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters discreetly.
  • Assist in preparing business reports and marketing materials.
  • Track ongoing projects to ensure timelines are met.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support business objectives.
  • Provide event coordination and assist with CRM updates as needed.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator role
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing or manufacturing industry
  • Exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not essential)
