The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Marketing professional to join the team at Victoria Aircon Pty Ltd, a leading provider of air conditioning solutions in the Victorian region. In this full-time role based in Vermont, VIC, you will play a vital part in driving the company's sales and marketing strategies to expand its customer base and market share.

What you'll be doing

Proactively prospecting and generating new sales leads through a range of channels, including networking, cold-calling and digital marketing

Building and maintaining relationships with both existing and prospective customers

Providing exceptional product knowledge and consultative selling to understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions

Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective campaigns

Tracking sales activity and performance, and providing regular reports

Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies

What we're looking for

Proven track record in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the HVAC industry or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the confidence to close sales

Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis to drive sales performance

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a solutions-focused mindset

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or sales
